A flicker in the silence, a subtle tremor of creation. It did not ask for purpose, only to move, to collide, to become. And in that motion, we caught our first glimpse of the continuum.
This is the beginning of Quark.
Quark Design Labs is an interdisciplinary design collective founded at Northwestern University to explore bold, passion-driven ideas through rapid prototyping and creative collaboration. It brings together students from diverse disciplines to challenge boundaries and create without constraint.
Its visual identity, co-developed by Peter Wang and Jason Jeong (jasonjeong.art), captures the raw energy of emergent design: kinetic, minimal, and ever evolving.
